BB Biotech AG ha scelto di avvalersi del circuito SDIR-NIS per la trasmissione delle Regulated Information. Il circuito SDIR-NIS è gestito da Blt Market Services, società del Gruppo London Stock Exchange, avente sede in Piazza degli Affari 6, Milano.
In occasione dell’Assemblea generale ordinaria del 19 marzo 2012, gli azionisti di BB Biotech AG hanno approvato a larga maggioranza tutte le proposte formulate dal Consiglio di Amministrazione.

On November 30, 2011, BB Biotech AG completed its seventh share buyback program which was initiated on March 21, 2011. During this period a total of 1 640 250 registered shares were bought back through the second trading line.
BB Biotech AG is a major shareholder in the Swiss biotech company Actelion and its Board of Directors has issued a statement explaining its stance prior to Actelion’s upcoming general meeting of shareholders. BB Biotech will conduct itself as in the past, as a critical shareholder demanding good corporate stewardship, but it shall also continue to maintain a constructive relationship with the Management and the Board of Directors of Actelion. Therefore, we intend to support the proposals being put forward by Actelion at its upcoming general meeting.
